A Bayesian Statistician by trade, Andrew is the director and co-founder of Malvern Festival of Ideas.

Prof David Tweats
A professional geneticist and consultant by trade, David chairs the group organising the Lansdowne Debates.
David is also a Director of Equaliteach, an equality training organisation delivering workshops and training for staff and young people in an educational setting and a Member of the Mercian Educational Trust that oversees four primary schools in the Malvern area.

Prof Barry Jones
Barry Jones is Emeritus Professor of Manufacturing Metrology, Brunel University London and former Vice President of the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET). He is a Director,Trustee and Governor of the Mercian Educational Trust based in Malvern, Trustee and Local Preacher of the South Worcestershire Circuit of the Methodist Church, Methodist Honorary Research Fellow and Visiting Scholar at Sarum College, Salisbury.
